Welcome to SPS Tempo Traveller. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our vehicle rental and transport services. By booking a ride through this website or directly via call/WhatsApp, you accept these terms in full.
1. Booking and Reservation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. SPS Tempo Traveller reserves the right to offer alternative vehicles of similar class in case of unforeseen maintenance or dispatch issues.
- The booking request submitted via the website form remains a query/estimate until confirmed by our dispatch team via telephone or WhatsApp.
2. Pricing and Tariff Rules
- Billing Distance (KM): Final charges are calculated on the basis of total kilometers traveled. Kilometer count starts and ends at our garage location.
- Round Trip Minimums: For round-trip outstation journeys, a minimum billing of 250 KM per calendar day applies.
- Outstation Minimums: For outstation rental journeys, minimum billing may apply based on vehicle type, route, and travel plan.
- Round Trip Distance Calculation: Round trip distances are calculated as double the single-way distance to account for the vehicle return journey.
3. Excluded Charges
Unless explicitly stated in writing, the following charges are strictly **EXTRA** and are to be paid by the customer directly during the trip:
- National Highway Toll Gate charges.
- State Border Permits and taxes (for interstate crossings).
- Commercial parking charges at monuments, hotels, and airports.
- Hill station entry fees.
4. Driver Allowance / Beta
A standard driver beta (driver allowance) is charged per calendar day for long outstation trips. Night driver allowances may apply if the vehicle is driven between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
5. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time incur no cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a nominal cancellation fee matching the driver's block day allowance.
6. Passenger Code of Conduct
- Smoking and alcohol consumption inside our vehicles are strictly prohibited.
- Passengers are expected to treat the drivers politely. SPS Tempo Traveller reserves the right to refuse service or terminate bookings mid-way in case of aggressive or illegal conduct by passengers.
